Shipped to you fresh from our Upstate New York Bakery, each 23 oz cake is presented in a tasteful gift tin with a three dimensional silver foil medallion on the lid. White shipping carton included. Shelf life without refrigeration is approximately 30 days. Cake can be frozen without any change to its quality.

Cake is available in Lemon, Orange, Key Lime or Cinnamon Pecan. All of the citrus flavors are dusted with powdered sugar. The Cinnamon Pecan has a cinnamon/brown sugar and pecan topping.
