Packaging, Shipping, and Ordering Information
Packaging: To insure the freshness and quality of our fine dessert products; they are all flash frozen, carefully packaged in sturdy corrugated white boxes. Cakes are packed in Styrofoam shippers with dry ice and/or gel packs. The dry ice will usually have evaporated by the time it is delivered. The products will still be semi-frozen and safe for consumption for several days. We guarantee that your order will arrive in perfect condition.
Shipping: We ship Monday through Wednesday, via Federal Express, for arrival in 2 days. Orders received on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday. Overnight and Satruday delivery is available; Sunday and Monday delivery is not available. You can also place orders in advance for future delivery dates; simply indicate your desired date on the order form. We will make every effort to deliver your order on or before your desired date. You will not be charged until the product is shipped. No deliveries can be made to P.O. and A.P.O. boxes. Deliveries outside of the United States are not possible at this time.
We cannot be responsible for, nor will credit be issued for, orders received with incorrect addresses. Keep in mind that these are perishable products. Any specific delivery instructions should be noted in the comments box of the order form. It is very important to include the recipient's phone number to aid Federal Express in finding the address. Please be sure that someone will be home. Packages will be delivered even if there is no one to sign for it. No credit will be issued if recipient does not find the package on the delivery date.
